…law) Unsafe Uses Of an ATV & Snowmobile An unsafe use for an ATV is using the piece of machinery to pull stunts or ramming into objects. The machinery should not be used for transporting a child/baby. A unsafe use for a snowmobile would be on dry ground or for stunts. If the snowmobile were on dry ground it could ruin the belt and may start a spark and ignite the piece of machinery.
