…war. By going into the lives of young German men, it illustrated their lives and what their families had to go through. Overall, this was an excellent movie because it showed what life was like for soldiers in the war and their families. I would recommend it to anyone interested in learning about WWI. It was an tremendous tool for an introduction to World War I and its many effects and lifestyles of its soldiers.
