"All quiet on the western front" is a very special movie, it emphasizes the brutality of the war and how people are changed by it. The main character is Paul, who is the leader of a group of 19-year-old former university students. …and defending their country, but when they fought for a while they started questioning war, not understanding why it happened and why are they involved. From this movie we were able to see how World War I changed a group of boys a small change if you look at the fact that it changed whole nations. But this change was very significant because without a change in the person himself you cannot change the world.
