It is the parents' money that buy their kids' clothing. Why do they allow their kids to purchase such inappropriate [trashy] clothing for their age? If no one realizes the changes that kids are going through quite early on in childhood, we're going to have a bunch of young boys and girls going out to the movies or wherever by themselves, wearing 'skanky' clothing with a face full of glitter--of course with their parent's transportation.
