…the state requiring an entire systemic change, they need to work within the current practices of the court, police, and corrections. Everyday there are criminals that come in and come out that have not been rehabilitated through incarceration. Ultimately it is up to the state to come up with ways in providing security, but maybe there is another way rather than the three strikes law, that will make everyone content and most of all effective.
