Clermont Musician's Club Constitution and Bylaws

Article I Said club will be known as the Clermont Musician's Club. …shall be elected. Section 6. Dues. Membership fees, dues, and the process of handing delinquent dues will be considered by the Clermont Musician's Club in a future meeting. Section 7. Rules of Order. "Robert's Rules of Order, Revised" shall be parliamentary authority for all matters of procedure not specifically covered by Bylaws. Section 8. Bylaw amendments. The amending of bylaws may require a week's notice (at the Vice-President's discretion) and a one-half's affirmative vote of all voting members.
