…gods, the gods in this this case being the voters. Once again displaying his view on the death penalty as a way of gaining votes and furthing ones political carreer. The death penalty is a means of channeling our bloodlust through the law although Tim Robbins, due to his inexperiance as a director has presented a movie which is so blatently bias that the affect is almost to create a resistance in the viewers minds.
