…all imposed influences in mind, these being two extremes, judges can fall toward either side. In this regard, trial-judges are in no way non-human. They are not uniform and they all decide upon cases with many different considerations and views. They are mostly guided by the law and make decisions based upon this. What they consider as important in a case outside of the law is what makes a great judge or a poor judge.
