There have been many different approaches and varying different opinions on research done in trying to understand human behaviour. Mainly the ideas are that reflexive and learned behaviours occur and that the behaviour shown can be manipulated and changed to become the opposite to what is was. Some behaviour has to be learnt, which occurs mainly through a trial and improvement scenario based on rewards or results from the behaviour.
