…in the assembly of the lighting equipment, taking instructions from the stage manager, dismantling the equipment after use and ensuring all light sources are functioning properly. Without the lighting technician the production would not be what it is. Light sequences and colours add interest and a world that would otherwise be impossible to create. The skill of the technician is essential in making the performance a smooth one for all involved especially the actors themselves.
