Industrial Revolution As the Industrial Revolution further progressed the lives of all classes were affected. The working class was ever so miserable and the middle-class was becoming wealthy to the expense of the workers. Yet, some middle-class men did pity and want betterment for the exploited workers. As the Industrial Revolution progressed it brought much controversy with it, much regarding the exploitation of the workers. Many persons did not care for the pitiful working class, but a few did care for them and fought for the rights of the worker's. The morality of a person helped determine who they sided with- the poor or the wealthy.
