During the Eighteenth century, many groups in society were demanding change. People all over were looking to progress into a new direction not only in social, but economics life as well. Most were looking for stability while they saw numerous economies toiling badly. The middle and lower classes were sick and tired of the nobles and monarchs trying to secure their powers. The rich just kept getting richer, and the poor just kept getting poorer.
now entering the work force in droves. People were willing to try and improve the quality of life with inventions and experimentation.
