dramas have the capability of commenting on real life issues, but they do not have to portray these issues realistically to do so. Despite not being an accurate representation of life, by making the narrative more interesting less tailored toward reality, the stage drama becomes more effective in exploring real issues because an audience is forced to delve into their own experiences and convert them from a non-realistic portrayal to one that applies to them.
