…of every one around me and try to learn from what I hear. I will try and become more self confident and take personal responsibility for my actions. I will learn to be more tolerant of the uncertainty and ambiguity that go with stressful and competitive environments. Other important skills that I will develop as a result of this exercise are verbal communication skills and will learn to be self aware and sensitive to others.
