…as Representative Ron Tupa does of Colorado, and voters, like myself, have faith in Cocco 4 themselves as being proper parents and guardians, they will not fear lowering the drinking age, as they will be able to better teach their children how to drink alcoholic beverages rather than letting them learn elsewhere how to abuse them. The lowering of the drinking age to 18 is the most simple and most sensible answer for the solution for drinking.
