History: I lived in a family which lived their lives working for no one; owning their own business. My father had a wholesale business in which he worked between countries. …a family who owned this store. By being a family to them, we had a really good relationship with our customers. My final words: Marketing is a process involving a mix of variables: The product and /or service that we are offering, the pricing of those goods and services, the promotion to gain acceptance by customers. The 4p's are called the marketing mix, and your customers should be the target of all those marketing efforts.
