Napoleon: Champion of the French Revolution

Napoleon was a very influential person in history. He helped shape many modern countries. Napoleon is sometimes considered a tyrannical dictator, but in reality he furthered the ideals of the French revolution and was a much better alternative to the "Reign of Terror." As you can see, Napoleon clearly was an improvement over the previous governments of France. Napoleon improved not only France, but also the countries he conquered. Napoleon's improvements promoted civil equality, granted liberties, and made the government of France productive. Without Napoleon, the world as we know it would be much different.
