This is due to the evolving nature of organizations, which makes the study of organizational behaviour important. With the ever changing workforce (i.e. generation X) it is important to study and understand the interactions between the different dynamics (employee to employee, employee to management, etc) so that an organization can provide for those dynamic needs and continue to thrive.
