Pat Buchanan was the reform party presidential nominee for 2000. He writes for multiple smaller circulation newspapers, and is very politically active. Buchanan is also the leader of the reform party and is a head lobbyist for it. …acidic statements provide the very basis of the finding that Pat Buchanan is very much a right-wing conservative when one is to label him. Perhaps Thomas Edsall of the Washington Post wrote it best when he characterized Buchanan and his party as "...attracting leaders and activists of extreme right organizations." (July 23, 2000). Indeed, the old maxim, birds of a feather flock together, holds true here as well. Buchanan and his reform party are strong right-wing advocates.
