Rear Window, Film Analysis
In Alfred Hitchcock's film, Rear Window, the audience is confronted with the issues of privacy and loneliness. The movie takes place in New York City in the 1950's. The protagonist is a man named L.B. Jeffries, who is stuck with an injured leg, staring out from his apartment bedroom. Jeffries becomes increasingly suspicious of his neighbor, Lars Thorwald, when his wife seems to disappear. The audience, like Jeffries, is not sure if Thorwald has

In conclusion, with Jeffries spying he doesn't make him self better he just made him self worse by injuring another leg which was probably caused due to his spying on people thru windows. The start of the movie and end of the movie is the same Jeffries is sitting in a wheel chair looking thru the window. But in the end the temperature is lower and he has his loving girlfriend Lisa Fermont.
