Reparation for slaves

In addition, to blame all Caucasians is a major fault since most were not citizens of the United States until the post civil war time period. As with the Japanese and Jewish successors, African descendants should receive a formal and sincere apology from the United States government for slavery. However, these African descendants should understand that a monetary compensation will not be provided.
