…an engineering challenge, but it is a political and financial challenge. Time goes by and nothing gets done because some lobbies try to enforce their own business or just basically make a big money on this holy mission. Let's just hope that finally in January 2001 U.S. Congress will approve one of those projects so it won't be too late for dying Salton Sea for its recovery. Salton Sea - dying or living?
