Secondary and tertiary companies (Fullers)

Although there is a disadvantage to this method, if an employee decides to leave than the company have to spend more money on hiring and training a new person. This can improve Fullers reaching their objective to become the best brewers in the UK, it will also increase sales, developing staff skills and they will also be making products of high quality.
