Si Fuqiang and the farce that is Chinese justice.

Si Fuqiang is a Director-General of the Bureau of Food of Jiao Cheng, in Shanxi Province, China. …some of the staff flatter the security by using all kinds of means. For example, there is an evil man named Er Wei ( I don't know his full name, Er Wei is his nickname) summoned my brother's wife and insulted her by force to drink water.. His behaviour is a crime according to Chinese law, but nobody punishes him still. Now Si Fuqiang is still in the prison, and perhaps he will be punished more.
