Both the British and the Germans used propaganda throughout the war to boost their war effort. …Because of this, the British could claim that Germany was the aggressor and a nation who attacks helpless countries such as Belgium. British and German propaganda campaigns were different because of the cultural differences and the aims of the 2 countries, which required the propaganda to be expressed in different ways. However the fact that the British propaganda campaign was more successful is extremely apparent and evident through the very successful recruitment and war bond campaign.
