…strength nearer to what it was. The Parthenon was a monumental accomplishment for the Athenian people and a wonder of architecture even by todays standards. Athens certainly did show there power with this temple as it is still standing 2500 years later, still as a symbol of Greece. The Greeks show there innovation, strength, persistence and their presuit of perfection all in one building which is regarded as one of the most perfect buildings ever built.
