The Renaissance is known to be one of the greatest times in the history of Europe. It lasted approximately two hundred and fifty years and is still spoken about today. Great style in art was born during this period and influenced several people including the artists of today. Also, trade engaged and brought Europe numerous goods. Italians traded and sold their new eastern goods for profit, and later began taking control over their education during the plunge of the Catholic Church. The middle class in Italy began to flourish because of their great works and high demand, and influenced future artisans. Without these occurrences, the great era known as the Renaissance may have never took place.
