…Her first visionary work titled "Scivias" sparked the spread of her fame. Around the year 1150, Sister Hildegard moved her convent to Bingen, near the Rhine River. Later, Sister Hildegard had another convent across from Bingen at Eibingen. Until she died in 1179, Sister Hildegard wrote many works and musical liturgies. Hildegard wrote hymns in honor of saints and the Virgin Mary. Her music has been explained to sound exactly the way we would think Angels sound.
