…called "miracle drug" is still buried deep in shadows. When it comes down to the bottom line experts in the field have contrasting theories and one challenges the next. Although its effect on us is still hidden to science I believe vitamin C is a positive supplement if regulated through our diet and should be explored for future benefits. Also, it stresses the importance of fruits and vegetables as a necessary part of out diets.
