Why in the year 2005 do we still have child abuse?

In conclusion, Child abuse should not even exist and if it continues it will lead to a major problem in our society. The five reasons for child abuse should not even be considered because people are intelligent enough to know that child abuse should not be played with and that it is a serious matter.
